The accommodation is centrally located near Seomeyon downtown area. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with a bathtub and a large fridge. The staff, including the owner, are friendly and easy-going.

The a double room with the bedroom and a really nice view, as example. With an electric kettle, a refrigerator and a stovetop. Good food and good service.

The staff and owner were easy going. The rooms were neat and had magnificent views of downtown. The location was stunning and particularly good, near a subway station. Ate at Podo Cheong, it's a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

The hotel is ideal and modern, I would definitely recommend it to others. Well furnished and modern room, everything was very good. The location is favorable and excellent in a shopping area, next to a metro station. I was greeted by an amiable and easygoing receptionist who made the stay a fairly nice experience.

The location is particularly good, very close to the subway station. It is near activities such as shopping centers, underground shops, cafes, and Busan. We appreciated having bread and eggs for breakfast.

This is my 2nd time staying at Dynamic Guesthouse. The accommodations are amazing - heated floors, great beds, individual lockers, and the ability to charge your phone in your bed. The breakfast is simple but good, and the host, Haru, is always nice and helpful. It's conveniently located just 5 minutes from the subway and near busy streets with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants. I will always recommend this place.

Convenient location, close to Beomnaegol station and a short walk to Seomyeon area. Amazing view from the 36th floor and spacious rooms with TV. Easy check-in and out, with helpful host explaining facilities. Simple breakfast provided.

dynamic guesthouse made my stay in busan even better than before. the view from the top floor was stunning and the simple breakfast provided was a nice touch. the private locker in the room gave me the privacy i needed.
